For more than 40 years, Associated Parking Systems has been delivering professional valet parking and parking management services throughout South Florida. Since opening its first location in Miami Beach in 1980, the company has built a reputation for exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and dependable hospitality solutions.

Founder Mike D'Alessandro began his career in the parking industry shortly after relocating from Quincy, Massachusetts, to South Florida in 1971. After gaining years of hands-on experience in every aspect of parking management, he launched Associated Parking Systems with a commitment to providing first-class valet service that enhances every guest's experience.

In 1999, Elias Hayon joined the company as Operations Manager. Through his leadership, dedication, and commitment to continuous improvement, he was promoted to General Manager in 2010. Together, Mike and Elias have continued to expand the company while maintaining the personalized service and attention to detail that have defined Associated Parking Systems for decades.

Today, our professionally trained and uniformed valet attendants provide more than parking. We create memorable first and last impressions for every guest while delivering safe, efficient, and courteous service that reflects the quality of the properties we represent.
