Mike D'Alessandro came to South Florida in 1971 from Quincy, Massachusetts. For 8 years, Mike worked on Miami Beach in all aspects of the parking management industry.
Building a Fine Reputation
In 1980, Mike started his first valet services account in Miami Beach. By 1985, he was dedicating most of his time to his company's success, which grew to approximately 20 accounts.
Later in 1985, he began to service the up-and-coming renovation of the South Beach area. Using the expertise he gathered throughout his past, Mike formed Associated Parking Systems in 1997 and moved all of his South Beach accounts under his new business name.
Keeping an Eye on Quality
Today, Associated Parking is the largest provider of valet parking services in the South Beach Area, and Key Parking Services is a large provider of condominium and hotel valet service throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.
Mike D'Alessandro continues to oversee all operations as Corporate President of Associated Parking Systems and Key Parking Services. Mike stresses to his management that growth is to evolve at a pace that assures the focus stays on quality employees with proper training.
